Objective
Within this activity the BIOTEAM consortium partners will assess the impact of day-to-day competitive (or distorted) market forces on the behaviour and actions of bio-energy pathway stakeholders. Understanding this relationship between the dynamics of the market systems and market stakeholder behaviour allows us to better understand the influence of market forces on the sustainability performance of bio-energy pathways. The BIOTEAM consortium will use an existing tool called market mapping to perform the market system assessments.
In order to be able to perform this impact assessment the BIOTEAM consortium will involve a series of public and private stakeholders that have first-hand experience/knowledge with market system dynamics
